Zhoushan Huayu Machinery Manufacturing Plant is one of the largest domestic manufacture enterprises that specialize in researching, designing and manufacturing high precise screws and barrels, screw assembly parts, and barrel assembly parts, as well as various oil cylinders and air cylinders. We provide products for manufacturers of plastic injection parts, extruders, chemical fibers and cables. We also export our products to Japan, Russia, Turkey, Iran and Southeast Asia.

After more than ten years of constantly pioneering efforts, we have enlarged our production scale yearly. We possess advanced processing equipment from Germany. Furthermore, we have improved our production ability of 600 sets of twin-screws and barrels, and 8,000 sets of single-screws and barrels monthly. We have passed ISO900 and ISO2000 international quality system certification. Therefore, all of our products are guaranteed to be of prefect quality. Quality checking is the most important stage in our product processing. In order to carry out our target of achieving zero defect, strict quality check are conducted at every stage of production, right from the designing to manufacturing and up to the final stage of packing.
